Subassemblies

This subassembly consists of a synchronous drive pulley, bearings and a clamping nose. The pulley was manufactured and then the components were pressed together to complete the subassembly.

This subassembly consists of a spur gear and a straight pin. The gear was cut using a hobbing method and then a pin shaft was pressed into the bore to complete this subassembly.

This subassembly shows a timing pulley and a split hub. The pulley was manufactured and plated before a split hub was pressed into the bore. These two components being pressed together turns this subassembly into a drive pulley.

This subassembly contains many components. Shown is a timing pulley, drive roller, bearings, bearing cap, O-ring and a snap on bushing. All these combined create a synchronous drive pulley.

This subassembly shows a custom timing belt tensioner. The base shown was a cast aluminum molding which went through post process machining to become a finished piece. This was then assembled with a timing pulley, steel pin and retaining clip to become a finished subassembly.

This subassembly shown contains a timing pulley that was plated with a bearing pressed into the bore and locked in with a split ring. These components are then pressed into a plasma coated machined roller.

The subassembly shown is a compound assembly of a spur gear and a timing pulley. The two components were manufactured separately and then assembled after both pieces were plated or anodized.

This part shown here started as a few different pieces that were assembled. The 3 sets of pulleys and all flanges were machined as separate components. These pieces were pressed together and sent out for plating. A bearing was pressed on either end to complete the subassembly.

This compound timing pulley shown contains a large, flat pulley with a smaller flanged pulley pressed on. Both pulleys were machined separately and plated or anodized. After the pieces got coating, it went through assembly to become a finish subassembly.

This subassembly shows a timing belt tensioner. The base was machined from aluminum on a CNC Mill. The timing pulley, steel shaft and retaining ring were separate components that were put together to complete this subassembly.

This anti-backlash helix gear subassembly started as 2 separate machined parts that started on the CNC Lathe. They were then assembled with pins, retaining rings and screws after being anodized. Gear teeth was cut after anodized to finish this subassembly.

This compound pulley and gear contains three main components. The plastic pinion drive gear, the timing pulley and the flanged component. These parts were then assembled with screws and lock washers.

This anti-backlash gear subassembly has machined plastic spur gears and split hub collar. The gears and hub collar started on CNC Lathes and Mills. The gears also had a gear hobbing operation. These were then assembled with pins, springs, screws and retaining ring to be complete.
